Second revision

Hello, all, I’m a guy who’s in need of a 2nd revision. I won’t say my exact age, but it’s not over 25. For starters, I let a very, very unexperianced ‘everything will be fine’ surgeon handle a ‘rare case’ nose that he had no clue how to fix. I was left with nasal bone deviations, cartilage collapses and pinches, and overall unnaturalness, although I guess it was slightly better than the huge, rounded clown nose I had before. I guess looking kinda like MJ is better than looking like a ape baboon, at least for a year, even though I had so many nasal collapses that it was a emotional nerve wreck!

Anyway, then, a year later, I had a revision by a top doc, to widen my bridge roof and tip points and give me a classic, masculine shape to the defining parts of my nose. I stressed very hard that I did not want my nose ‘bulbous’ or round like my old nose, but I ONLY just wanted some specific areas to be more like a normal nose. Ends up, my revision surgeon places grafts everywhere I told him not to, almost as though he got this confused, and didn’t fix a single problem I wanted fixed. I’m in a bigger mess now I and I hate it. I need the grafting removed, and to go to doc who can do that, as well as adding the RIGHT grafts to the places I needed all along, as well as fixing things my revisionist didn’t even bother to in the first place.

Sad fact: my primary surgeon took longer to destroy my nose than my revisionist took to lob grafts blindly.

I know that Dr. Le spent 9 hours on a revision, and my case is so complex that I think this type of doc is exactly who I need, although there’s almost nothing about him out there and from what I’ve read on here, he’s not big on emails. I truly need help finding a good doctor!!!

I’ve considered:
Dr. Steve Byrd
Dr. Le
Dr. Kim (the one trained by T)

But I just don’t know anyone else! Help please!? =(

Hello, i am new to this forum and would like to do a poll. I have had two rhinoplasties in order to try and correct deviation to the right. Which photo does it seem my nose deviates more to the right (your left), including the bridge area?

Need a second revision

I need to have a second revision, and I have been thinking about it off and on, but as the size of my bridge narrows down to my dislike and I feel that my tip is getting smaller on one side I feel that I really need to make this decision, I had been considering Dr Toriumi I like most his pictures on his web site and the review site:

some of the negative stories really scare me, although I am sure there are a lot of exaggeration and anger mixed with them.

plus the only other Dr that I can partial trust after reading his journals is Dr Guyuron and as I compared their Journal publication, techniques and pictures, it seem like Toriumi might be technically a head except that aesthetically he might fall behind a bit, can anyone please give me some advice or share their thoughts on these two surgeons with me.
Thank you
