Prof Pietro Palma for Rhinoplasty

Does anybody have any experience with rhinoplasty by Prof Palma (Milan)? I’ve read that he is very good as in primary cases, as in revision by closed approach. Has his personal philosophy and technique. I have some septal deviation that compromises my breathing, so, I’d like to do functional and cosmetic parts as a one-step procedure. He is otorhino and do this job well, as I know. I have rather fine facial features and pretty thin skin. so, the open approach with all this disection and scars scare me a little bit. And I don’t want my nose to be too big after all this grafts they put so often in the nose. Actually, I’d prefer to do a closed rhinoplasty and what I’ve read, Prof Palma is one of the best in it.

I’d like to know the patients’ opinion, if there are and I do appreciate any comments and advices.

    I am looking for primary rhinoplasty.
    Just desperately looking for a surgeon but all are suggesting sterotypical rounded tip etc, and I want to maintain the character of my nose
    Anyone have primary with Prof. Palma ???
